However, actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on your device due to:

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is offered, availability may depend on your location, order value, courier serviceability and other factors.

HK Creation may restrict or disable COD for certain PIN codes, products, customers or orders where reasonably necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse COD orders where there is a history of repeated order refusals, fraudulent activity, abuse or other suspicious behaviour.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated on the Website.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Operational disruptions

12. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES

If an order is repeatedly refused, the delivery address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or the order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, HK Creation may cancel the order or recover reasonable costs where permitted by applicable law.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of COD availability for future orders.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Our current policy includes, among other things:

  • Eligible returns must generally be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Discounted products are not eligible for returns.

  • Eligible products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • A ₹100 reverse shipping/handling fee may be deducted from eligible returns where applicable.

  • The first eligible exchange is free.

  • Subsequent exchanges may attract a ₹150 exchange fee per order.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

14. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, subject to our ability to process the cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow the applicable return process.

HK Creation may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect or incomplete information

  • Delivery restrictions

Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by HK Creation, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.
